Guided journals for the inner life
An ongoing study of becoming.
Sunday is the pause between who you were this week and who you choose to be next. Our journals turn that pause into a practice: one page a day, honest questions, and original art made to sit with.

About us
Sunday is a state of mind.
The Sunday Theory began with one idea: everyone needs a day to stop, look inward and decide what happens next.
Most weeks don't leave room for that. So we made journals that do. Each one is built around a single question you have probably been avoiding: who am I, what do I really want, why do I keep doing this, what am I still holding on to.
Every journal has a beginning and an end. You get one page a day, a short reflection to read, prompts that go under the surface, and one small action to take before you close the book. No streaks to keep, no pressure to perform.
The art is original and drawn for each journal. The quotes come from writers and thinkers whose words belong to everyone. The rest is up to you.
Pause
Ten quiet minutes and one page. No noise, no audience, nothing to prove.
Look honestly
Questions that go under the surface: where it began, what it costs you, what you actually want.
Choose
Every day ends with one small, concrete step, so what you realise doesn't stay on the page.

What's the difference between digital and printed?
The pages are exactly the same. The digital journal is a PDF you download straight away and use on a tablet or print at home. The printed journal is a bound softcover that we print and ship to you.
How do I use the digital version?
After checkout you'll get an email with your download link. Open the PDF in GoodNotes, Notability or any app that lets you write on PDFs, and use it like a paper journal. You can also print it on A4 or US Letter paper.
Can I share or resell the PDF?
The files are for your personal use. Please don't share, resell or upload them anywhere. If you'd like to use a journal with a group or a client, write to us about a group licence.
How long does shipping take?
Printed journals are made to order and leave us within 3–5 working days. Delivery usually takes another 5–15 working days, depending on your country. You'll get a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Do I have to finish in exactly 30 days?
No. One page a day is the rhythm we suggest, but missing a day doesn't break anything. Pick up where you left off. Some people take a journal slowly, one Sunday at a time.
Can I return my order?
Digital files can't be returned once downloaded, but if something is wrong with your file, tell us and we'll fix it. If a printed journal arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No. These journals are tools for reflection and self-awareness. Some of them, like Becoming HER and The Detachment Journal, touch on painful things. If you're going through something heavy, please also reach out to a licensed professional or someone you trust.
